This Ventnor beach block home was developed to gain maximum exposure to the ocean view. The elimination of the corner post in the second floor deck promotes this idea, while interior spaces are large and inviting. This project was on of our first to feature a structural tie-down system used in conjunction with interior shear walls, to make unnecessary the use of laminated windows.
